What is ChromaMuse?
ChromaMuse is an AI-powered personal color styling app. It analyzes your natural coloring
from a selfie to determine your seasonal color type and creates a personalized color palette. You can then use
this palette to generate AI outfit and makeup looks tailored specifically to you.
How does the color analysis work?
Simply upload a selfie or take a photo within the app. Our AI analyzes your skin tone, eye
color, and hair color to determine your undertone, contrast level, and color harmony. Based on this analysis,
you are matched to one of 12 seasonal color types (e.g., Bright Spring, Deep Winter) and receive a personalized
palette of colors that complement your natural coloring.
Is my photo stored or shared?
No. Your selfie is processed securely and deleted from our servers immediately after the
color analysis is complete. We do not store, share, or use your photos for any other purpose. See our

What are styling credits?
Styling credits are used to generate AI content. Each AI-generated image costs 1 credit.
For example, an outfit session generates 4 images and uses 4 credits, while a makeup session generates 2 images
and uses 2 credits. Credits are included with your subscription or can be purchased separately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store settings. Go to
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find ChromaMuse, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your
access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the
ChromaMuse purchase, and follow the instructions to request a refund.
Why does my color analysis look different from what I expected?
Color analysis accuracy depends on photo quality and lighting. For best results, take your
photo in natural daylight, facing a window, without heavy makeup, filters, or strong artificial lighting. Avoid
direct sunlight which can wash out your natural coloring. You can re-analyze at any time from the Profile
screen.
Do purchased credits expire?
Credits purchased as top-up packs (Starter Pack, Pro Pack) never expire and remain in your
account indefinitely. Subscription credits follow your subscription period: weekly credits reset each week, and
annual credits are available for the full year.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete all your personal data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Tap
"Delete My Data" to permanently remove your color analysis results, generated content, and all associated data
from our servers.
Is ChromaMuse available on Android?
ChromaMuse is currently available on iOS. Android availability is being explored for a
future release. Stay tuned for updates.
